Tomorrow is my first Monday weigh in. Usually I weigh myself Sunday Morning but I have fought temptation to have a sneaky peak at what I am weighing. I don't think I would have lost any because of the amount of slip ups I have had this week. On the other hand I have not measured my waistline in quite some time so to do that and see that I have lost an inch has made me really happy. I am feeling really motivated to make some changes for this coming week starting with getting back into my gym routine. I want to loose a stone before Christmas. I know I am setting myself a really tough challenge but I feel I can do it if I stick to making better food choices and my gym routine. Can't wait to see more results!
