I've been dieting/watching what I eat for a while now and have been losing. I tried week 1 of nhs plan last week and put on 1/2 kilo! That's not surprising as it shows I consistently over-ate. It's weird - it's like my mind thought well, you're doing something positive. So I filled in the forms instead of careful eating! Week 2 - I'll try and do both
