Hi, I've just joined the forum, and just started the 12 week weight loss programme, after having the shock of seeing my bmi in black and white ! And discovering I need to lose 4 stone 9 lbs to put me in the 'healthy' weight bracket ! I'm gonna need a lot of support guys !

There's certainly lots of support here, Caromia ! Try the Monday weigh in thread as well - a great place to record your weekly (hopefully !) successes How are you planning on tackling the journey ? Myfitnesspal app/website is great for recording calories. Are you able to do some exercise ? Perhaps try the Couch to 5k program to get into some running ?
