Hi everyone, it's that time of the week again to weigh in.
The weeks just seem to be flying by these days. I started this journey 35 weeks ago and only have 17 weeks left till it's been one year from when I decided to save my life and the journey so far has been GREAT!!! Lovin it
Still just as motivated as ever and determined to succeed in reaching my goal. There's not one day that goes by when I am not conscious of the consequence of returning to the old me and not one day that goes by now without lovin the new me and what I see I truly believe anything is possible when we put our minds to it and believe in ourselves and our abilities to succeed.
Can you tell I'm happy I truly am...
This week I have lost 2 lbs and have reached that milestone of losing 70 lbs Yeahya that's 5 whole stones gone and I am so pleased and everyone keeps telling me I am half the person I was and another lady at work came up to me and said you look like you've lost loads of weight and that I looked young before but look even younger now LOL Love it
It's such a wonderful feeling to feel beautiful and to love yourself and feel comfortable, happy and healthy. I am going to continue this week with the same positive attitude and look forward to seeing what next week brings on the scale as I am due to break through another stone into the 11's very soon. I give myself two weeks but will certainly try and go for it by next week (why not) I'm up for a challenge
Love this community love your support and I thank you all for all of your words of encouragement throughout
Have a wonderful week and best of luck on your journeys

You seem really happy and proud and so you should be
Isn't it nice for people to comment on your weight loss, hey just think of your Christmas photos this year, how different are you going to look on them
Really nice to read this first thing on a morning, has given me a boost to keep motivated today and keep going forward
It's such a great motivator when people notice you've lost weight and when we reach another milestone. This journey for me has been a very succesful one and I am very proud of all I have achieved to date.

Thank you Jo4950, will defo be throwing myself into the next challenge and I think I may cry tears of joy when I reach my next goal. Looking forward to it
You inspirational, wonderful role model! Go you! You've made my morning reading this. Youve ditched the unwanted and unnecessary energy reserves. 70 pounds of unwanted energy. Now that's exactly the amount I'm burning off...but estimated 70weeks to do it, it's taken you just 35 weeks....as you can see I'm in awe! I'm now going to read through your pre posts to get more top tips. You are a complete and utter star!
Hi Portlandprincess, wow your words are so inspiring to me and that makes me so happy and I thank you for that Portlandprincess. We are all amazing people and we can all make positive changes in our lives when we believe in ourselves. I have never stopped believing I can do this and it's that attitude that has got me here today. Never give up the fight to become the person you want to be and stay strong.
Your words have given me a real boost this morning too hun so thank YOU kindly
What an inspiring post, and what an inspiring start to the day! Congratulations to you for losing 2 pounds this week, and to achieving a total weight loss of 70 pounds!!!! That is phenomenal...!!! So great that everyone is complimenting you on your weight loss, and that you're looking great and feeling happy!
You'll soon be into the 11's, and good luck with that goal - I know you want to get there in the next couple of weeks.
Hi Lowcal, thank you sooo....much it's such a great feeling for me to have achieved what I set out to do and know that all that hard work has paid off on the scale this week.
It has been a challenging week because I have just returned back to work after the summer hols and had to juggle work, home life, exercising and preparing meals and I did it all, thank goodness. Planning is definitely the key to success.
I've given myself two weeks to achieve my next goal which is a realistic target for me to stick to, but if it does come sooner then I will be even happier.
Still have a very sore knee and wrist but have had to just preserve and work around this because there ain't no stopping this girl in her tracks LOL
I hope you are have enjoyed your week and have a fantastic weekend and I will be catching up with you on Monday Lowcal. Look forward to it

Good morning Trafford1, I'm so happy for you! You've not just kept yourself motivated to reach this milestone of 70lbs, but your positive and can do outlook motivates everyone else too. I know you're incredibly focused, and you keep going through setbacks, never slowed down by anything. That's how you got here in just 35 weeks. I've no doubt you'll be seeing 11s on the scales very very soon
Good morning Ruth and thank you so much, you can tell how happy I am reaching this goal today can't you
Still in pain and have struggled running this week, but have still been trying. Can't run a 5 k at all with my knee and my feet are giving me jib now so I am just taking my time with the running and doing 10/20 mins at a time cause I don't want to risk injuring myself completely, but I do love to run and I feel I am missing out when I don't LOL
I am very confident I will be in the 11's very soon...two weeks is more than enough time to get down there I reckon if I lose 3 lbs I will have reached the next milestone so I'm excited about that.
Thank you for all your support over these past weeks and just to let you know I have been participating in your squat challenge all week and loving it so thank you for motivating me to take on this daily challenge

Golly, Traff, but you are a Trailbazer and No. 1 Motivator. Well done for what you have done, are doing, and will do. Can you see that Finish Line? We're all there cheering you on - a small flute of Champers, maybe?...
Hi Glooibooboo, thank you hun your words really mean a lot and I love your reply I can see the finish line, but already feel like a winner with this 70 lb loss so far. I think a large glass of champers will be calling my name on completion, well deserved
Have a lovely weekend hun

How fab are you ! š
So pleased you've hit another of your targets, a fab post as always.
Just goes to show when we want something it can all click into place. Yes it's hard work and many temptations but go girl, you will crack the ' legs eleven' in no time.
Hope you do something really nice for yourself to celebrate your achievement.
Hi flossie, what a lovely reply as always and thank you so much hun
I have treated myself to a lovely new addidas pink and black track suit and some lovely new trainers to boot and looking good, even if I do say so myself ( teehee )
Feeling sporty, energised and lighter than last week LOL
Lovely Trafford1 what a lovely start to the weekend. I am in awe on how steady, consistent and focused you have been. I bet u look fab in you pink and black running gear. No going back now. šš»
Hi Gonti, thank you. I have made so many changes along the way to the way I eat and the exercise I do and always push that bit further than the week before to keep this journey both interesting and give my weight loss a boost. Recently I have been eating a lot of protein and lowered my carbs. So when I eat carbs I only have a half cup measure of cooked rice or cooked quinoa.
Lovin the new tracksuit and trainers. That was my sporty treat to myself. Next I want some new leggings for the gym and vest so I might treat myself next pay day to some new gym gear.
For me there is definitely no going back to that sedentary life style it's all about enjoying life and living it.
I just love the joy in your post and I can identify so strongly with it.
I decided to make today (Sunday) my rest day but an hour after I was up I just had to put on the shoes and get out for a walk. I was SO happy that exercise is no longer something I dread but now something I want.
Hi Dave, thank you. It's great to finally reach this milestone of 70 lbs now onto the next milestone of losing 3 lbs to get into the 11's.
I do love to exercise and I agree with you that it's something I want to do rather than something I dread and I think it's great that you decided to go for that walk on your planned day of rest and I hope you enjoyed it. I'll be doing the same later today
And I'm so happy for you! Only just picked up your post Trafford and the absolute joy and happiness contained therein is plain to see. Good for you and thanks for sharing your joy and happiness with us all. Have a great week.
