Newbie here! Done all sorts of diets before. But just straight up calorie counting will work best for me. Been reading lots and finding my feet this first week. I'm surprised I didn't find it too hard but am over the moon with my first results!
Start weight - 13st 12lbs
Last week's weight (or date of last weigh-in) - 13st 12lbs on 10/10/18
Weight today - 13st 9lbs
Loss/Gain/STS - Lost 3lbs yay!!
Overall aim to get back into healthy BMI range. Need to lose 3 stone to do that but taking half a stone goals at a time. Lovely to be here 😊
