If you have a smartphone look for the Myfitnesspal app - many of use use it and its invaluable for counting calories, it scans barcodes on food, can import and analyse recipes from the web - and its free!
Commit to doing exercise EVERY day for 30 days, rain or shine. Just that little 20 or 30 or 40 minute walk or whatever each day will get your endorphins happening and before you know it you will WANT to exercise - honest!

Hi kbanski welcome. I use MyFitnessPal on my phone and laptop. I have been doing 5-2 fast dieting for about three months now for general fitness and MFP is useful for this also
