Accident
Ouch! I can't help with the insulin question but as a fellow biker I can sympathise. Hope you heal & get back on the bike soon!
Oh no, hope your ankle gets better soon!
Falling of my bike (Push) was what got me started! Couldn't exercise so I had to really cut down as I'd started loosing weight and didn't want to put it back on! I started eating and drinking super super healthy for the duration of the break until I could get back on the bike (Two Months) Got me really focussed on recovery and made me start loosing weight consistently.
We should be the expert in any condition which affects us! So, use any time you find you have to deepen your understanding, develop a plan and implement it!

I'd speak to your diabetic team and check what they say, everyone is different and what works for one person won't work for another. It would also be worth maybe testing a bit more often for a few days to make sure your levels don't go too high or low.
"Ouch" not a good thing to do, hope you are not into much pain.
Can't help with insulin questions perhaps you could talk to your diabetic nurse at your surgery.
How's the bike not too mashed I hope!!!!!!!!!
Have a great week and try to rest up and not get too bored.
