It's adictive! 😇 well done
Hi Yvonnenanny, sometimes when I feel this way I will have a quick power nap or just a lye down just to relax after feeling shattered, then I get up feeling better for it and it gives me the energy needed to work out. The longer you stick with this and get into a routine the easier it all becomes. You will find different things that work for you on this journey it's just a case of trying them out. It's great to hear that you worked out for an hour it shows your determination and that you did have it in you. You will see the benefits of all your hard work pay off soon enough and your energy levels will increase
Good luck and well done to you. Trafford1 x
I don't think it does anyone any good to excercise everyday. Your body does need some rest. I once went to the gym everyday but now I do all my workouts at home with some high intensity interval training and high repetition weights. £30 set of weights from Argos suffice.
I only do 4 workouts a week but get up early even when working to do them fasted. Do not eat then for at least 45 minutes and this apparently increases you metabolism.
I know this wouldn't suit everyone but I think that due to the intensity of the workouts I need rest days.
Since I started this my fitness levels are so much better than when I was going to the gym and using the machines. My body shape has changed and definitely lost more inches than the weight loss would suggest.
