Hi Cparkinson0101,

Hopefully you'll have a much better day today - yesterday is behind you now - and hopefully you're feeling much better in yourself.

I find that having a Chinese meal can often open up my tastebuds, and make me choose less healthy foods, and therefore I rarely have one these days. But whatever happens, getting back on track as soon as you can, really does help. Today is a fresh day, and you can make some good choices today.

Lowcal :-)

That's an interesting way of putting it, but I understand exactly what you mean. Just put it behind you. Tell yourself you are worth it.

It's actually inspired me to cook more tbh. It was pretty tasteless and left me feeling really greasy, whereas if I make slimming world chinese/currys/kebabs they are really tasty, no grease at all and really tasty!

So glad I'm not working this weekend, lots of time to cook and freeze healthy meals :)

That's great that you're now feeling more inspired to cook some healthy meals over the weekend - freezing some healthy home-cooked meals is such a great idea, and the time invested over the weekend to prepare them all will be paid back in the week, when you can merely de-frost and enjoy them! :-)

Straight back on it and shouldn't be a problem although you can't help the guilty feelings
