Fantastic - welcome a wonderful world! I was chatting to a rider this week whose lost a stone and a half just by riding for fun! You'll love it. Hope you do better than I did cycling through MK - ended up on the A5!

I believe I shall b sticking to the redways!.... This weight has got to go....feeling motivated more than I ever have....helps knowing other people are in same position xx
