I always thought those were a syrup? :-) x

They are classified as healthy syrups but they are more liquidy than a thick syrup πŸ™‚x

Not wanting to burst your bubble or pleasure, they do contain sweeteners Lilly and some rather strange sounding ingredients!

Flavoured coffee has never been my 'thing' but I know plenty of people that do enjoy it :)

Thank you for letting me know,I will only have it now and again so should be ok πŸ™‚

I've not heard of these before, interesting that they're vegan and can be used for other things. I'm curious about the different flavours on their website and if they actually taste like their names! Enjoy your coffees :)

Have had similar ones before and they tend to be sweet and taste like names(good to replace Sugar, just found out there is sweetners in them so will just be having for a treat now and again)thank you πŸ™‚

I'm tempted to get one to try, I'm sure a little here and there won't hurt, even with the sweeteners!

Hi,

I have been having these on and off for years, different brands (one being from a popular coffee house/chain)...I have some at home now, as always, Vanilla (or often, French Vanilla)....and they are also fab in an iced coffee, in a tall glass with ice.

However, since being mostly Low Carb, since July, I have not had any, as I am a little concerned that the sweetness will negatively impact any weightloss, ie, by fooling my body, and thus, producing insulin etc etc

Just a thought 🍚

aslong as you only have a small shot each time you will be ok,x

That sounds really nice, do they taste like the real thing? As in the shortbread flavour too? The girls love caramel in their coffees sometimes and guess they'd like this one too πŸ™‚

Yes, I have seen some there, might have a look next time I'm in town. I got the Monin sugar free one online, eldest has ended up using more or less the whole bottle ( I managed one or two shots) πŸ™‚

Hi.

What's this thing with the sweeteners, replaced the sugar for sweeteners years ago?!

Please don't tell me that this is another thing that is supposed to be bad for you,it's in everything?!!!

Lilly1986 profile image
Lilly1986 in reply to dawnsdelight

Everything is bad for us now a days πŸ™‚ I personally think sweeteners are better for you than suger especially the 2 calorie ones xx

Welcome back, dawnsdelight :)

You need to do some research on sweeteners and make the decision for yourself. No fresh products contain artificial sweeteners, only processed foods.

Lilly,

just bought 4 small bottles and got one free (orange).

I've tried the cherry before in one of the garden centres and it is really lovely

but since they put the price of the shots up to Β£1 per shot (can hardly taste it) i've

not had any so i'm glad i saw this today.
