Well I'm about to commence trying to lse wright again so far I have tried we, sw , 5:2, and yes I lose weight but as soon as I start to eat normally I pile on the weight. I have now gained 2 stone since my last diet attempt. I really need to do this but am unable to see how I'll stop eating without wiring my mouth shut

Make food habit changes that you can sustain long term thats the key to keeping the weight off. It will stop you yoyo dieting too. Stay strong and take it one day at a time. Download the nhs 12 week plan it helps alot. Good luck
Hi frost well done for your commitment to losing weight it's not always an easy journey! however you mustn't look at it as a diet it's got to be about life changing eating habits! the way you are eating is obviously making you put on weight! Ive done Slimming World and we are told it is about changing for good not just while you're on a diet otherwise you will put the weight on an Moremail! Good luck keep trying you will get there ☺
If you diet with the 5:2 method then it's very easy to maintain your weight loss once you get to the weight you want to be by just 'fasting' (500 calories) on one day a week. I've been the same weight now since April 2013 after losing three stone in six months. I just weigh myself on a Saturday morning to keep a check on my weight and if I've put any weight on I fast two days. 5:2 is a lifestyle rather than just another diet and benefits your health as well, reducing the risk of cancer, diabetes and dementia.
