I'm going to get a bit of food shopping and my hubby has asked me to get him some of his favourite chocolate. There was a different flavour in the shop so I bought some of that as well last week. It was so yummy I ate the whole big (only have the one size) bar. He doesn't even know I bought it.
Today I am just going to buy the one he likes as I know I will eat the other one. No chance of it surviving at all. My thought for the day is that I will be able to eat it again once I have lost my extra weight. Denying ourselves our favourite things is not going to be forever and just think how much we will enjoy it when we actually do have it.

One square doesn't work for me if it's anything with milk chocolate. I'm not too bad with dark choc so that is what I have now. When I do have that yummy milk chocolate again I will make sure it's in my calorie allowance which will be 500 extra for normal eating. I've got it all worked out already! How sad is that?
Oh I think you are so good, buying chocolate when you're not eating it! Does your husband realise how lucky he is to have a wife like you and not one like me? I would have told him to go and buy his own chocolate, failing that I would have told him the shop was sold out of his favourite chocolate bar! That's extra brownie points for you eeel1110!
The shop has stopped doing both sorts of chocolate Jenever so problem solved. I bought him a 3pk of Twirl bars instead and do so hope I don't eat one. Will be a good test for me. Had a healthcheck today and I'm the same weight I was 4yrs ago. Used to think I was fat then but now I know. Just another half stone to go and I'll be comfortable in size 14s again. That is my goal!
