Just putting that down is hard and I say to myself howwwww did I get here well I know it all the junk I eat I think as I have a very active job I can eat just one more take away or bar of chocolate then I have trouble getting in yet othe size pair of jeans so please wish me luck and any help would be great

I am just an ordinary man who till retirement had a very active job like you, so this advice is from my experience not medical know-how.
Try a bag of wrapped boiled sweets or something like polos. Though high in sugar, if sucked not bitten, the fact that you have something in your mouth + effort & time required to extract sweet from wrapper will reduce total input.
Very important too that the lack of fat input at the same time, provided that you do not sit down to a cheese sandwich or pie/pastie closer than 30 minutes, will not store it.
