Breakfast

Tis too early for breakfast but it's going to be porridge this morning, when the time comes. Walked 2.5 miles yesterday before taking up the desk for the day. Will try for the same today. Awake very early..........

Porridge is a great breakfast. A quick alternative recipe below. You mix them all up and leave it in the fridge overnight. Just eat it cold in the morning. Saves time!

30g porridge oats

2 tablespoons water

1 low fat yoghurt

A few spoonfuls frozen summer fruits

Porridge is great when yr in the mood. I hope you had a lovely walk and that the saucepan washed itself! Enjoy yr desk day.🏭

Thanks - now positioned at desk - a couple of miles under the belt!! Saucepan? Use the microwave these days. Have a good day yourself :-)
