Be realistic...... It's not going to happen! I suggest you look at posts people have made on this site to see what you can lose realistically. Good luck.

It's not safe to loose that much weight in 2 months. I've lost that much in about 5 & 1/2 months! I have been having regular checks with my gp to track my progress too. Keep it safe and don't be afraid to ask for support from medical professionals! Good luck

As you weigh 76kg it's going to be impossible and very unsafe. Healthy weight loss is around 1lb/2lb a week so your looking at least 6/12 months to lose it.

If it took you a year or more to put on there is no way to safely lose it that quickly.

nhs.uk/livewell/loseweight/... Lots of advice on this site

The others are right and it'd be bad on your health to lose that much that quickly, you're also more likely to put it straight back on after the big event... which I'm guessing is the reason for the -25k in 2 months?

If you think about it more positively, starting to eat healthy now, a bit more exercise, in 2 months you will have lost weight and you will feel a lot happier about your appearance in 2 months. People will recognise the weight you have lost and you can then continue with the dieting to shed the rest after. People are always massively supportive of weight loss at any stage a person is at. Aim to lose 7-9kg in 2 months, or about 1.5lb/week, you might find you'll lose more. There'll still be a big difference and people will notice.

Take care of yourself!

Double amputation of the legs?

Seriously... when you say you 'want' to lose 25kgs, how did you arrive at that figure? Are you even overweight in health terms? And why in 2 months?

How old are you and how tall are you? It could be that you are not far off your ideal weight or it could be that you do need to lose some weight but as everyone has said 25kg in 2 months is far too quick!

Also think of doing some exercise, it doesn't need to be like full on going to the gym, any extra movement will help you to tone up and burn extra calories, even walking more will be helpful.

1. You said yourself - year by year your have increased in weight. So why do you think you can lose 25kg in 2 months - you didn't put it on in 2 months.

2. 50kg is not a healthy weight unless you are under 5ft (1.52m) tall and of very small build.

If you are overweight for your age/height/build you need to approach this sensibly. As others have said average weight loss is 1 - 2 lbs (0.5 - 1 kg) per week.

Not what you're looking for?
