Just do you best, and try to make the healthiest choices you can. You're already identified what things might be more challenging for you, and so maybe avoid some situations that might put you in the path of those things.
36 hours will pass, and hopefully you'll be able to cope with that time by making good choices.
Good luck, and hope you cope better than you anticipate you will.
I held it together at the weekend; went for a 3 mile run before going up on the Saturday and went for a 6 mile run on the Sunday morning. Calorie wise I had in the region of 1900 on Saturday and managed to curb it to 1600 on Sunday.
One of you asked what 'plan' I am following. I am not really. I have been trying to keep it between 1200 and 1500 cals a day; run, swim or cycle at least three times a week for at least 30 minutes a time...
A typical food diary entry would be;
Breakfast: porridge made with a handful of rolled oats and boiled water,
11am: a tin of sardines,
lunch:a green smoothie made with spinach, celery, cucumber, tomatoes, carrot, chilli and garlic,
snack:a piece of fruit
Supper: lentil and sweet potato soup or poached egg and spinach...that sort of thing
These seem to be my staple that keep me going.
Together with cups of decaf tea and skimmed milk and lots of sparkling mineral water.
My 'treat' will be a teaspoon or two of natural peanut butter and a tiny drop of honey or a square of raw dark chocolate.
