And there is nothing wrong. All levels are where they should be. It’s fantastic news as I know I am healthy ( or as healthy as a 16st 9lbs women can be).
Annoyingly it doesn’t help with the lack of energy all the time so I am no closer to finding an answer for that.
But It’s now my time to stop making excuses and give the 12 week plan the effort and time it deserves.
I am going to print it all out and have it in a folder. The chart is going on my fridge as a visual reminder of what I am hoping to achieve. I am upping my daily fat intake and lowering my carbs to 130-150g instead of the over 200g mark it is now.
I want to succeed and the doctor as told me that I am ok to work towards my goals.
I will beat my fat fairy to the curb and let the healthy side take its turn.
Thank you everyone for all your help and support with working out a new way to eat. I wouldn’t have this new determination if it wasn’t for the support on this site. 😊
Thank you. I can’t use being tired as an excuse when the gp pretty much tells you to get on with it. She even recommended the 12 week plan so def can’t ignore it 😊
So glad all well you are reassured by the clear boos tests
So now you can get out there all guns blazing . As you lose weight you will have increased energy as you will not be carrying that extra weight. Your body will thank you for not overloading it
That’s good news Hidden and good luck with the 12 Week plan and the nutritional changes. Reducing carbs and incrreasing natural fats is a good idea, I’m sure you will soon feel the benefits 😊
Fingers crossed it goes well. I changed my breakfast this morning from my usual porridge to scrambled egg with full fat milk in, mushrooms and 1 slice of whole wheat bread. The scrambled egg and mushrooms were cooked in butter. It’s the first time in ages I have gone through to lunch without my usual 11ese I have. And the carbs were massively low in comparison. Hope it wasn’t a one off 😊
