Friday weigh in cont...

Last week 12.5 st, this week 12. 13 st. Wow that must have been some ice cream! 😮 Decided it best to face the worse! Abit gutted and hoping to learn from this!

Hi Juliet, you're right to face up to the scales even when you know before you step on that it may not be good news, feel the fear and do it anyway! Enjoy your weekend...but not too much.

Hi Juliet,

You are very brave to face a weigh-in when you've gained weight, and well done for posting and facing that gain head-on. I'm sure you'll know the reasons for the gain, and I hope that the weight will go as quickly as it came on. Have you had much salty food, as that is notorious for weight gain in terms of water retention.

Like Flossie says, you'll turn it around, and like Jenever said - enjoy your weekend, but not too much :-)

Thanks Lowcal it was 3 days away with lots of food, alchohol and amazing ice cream without my two walks a day. It was fun but I felt very sluggish the whole time. I also didn't sleep well either so a lesson learnt that a healthier lifestyle is a happier one. I felt untrue to myself if I didn't post on here as I now find my Friday weigh ins a good goal to work on. I also admire your honesty when you have a bad week and feel very happy for you when you have a good weigh in. It's so good to have the support from everyone. Good luck on Monday and have a lovely weekend ☺

Thanks, will take note. It was a trip away which unfortunately got out of hand. Back on track now.
