Remember that you maintained your weight through half-term, and it's a tough time of year to lose weight, so you're still doing well - a maintain is much better than a gain! Hi I know the feeling I lose a lb a week just to put it back on again but I keep reading everyone's post to keep me going I'm sure we should soon seen results if we keep at it good luck

I think you, like me, have lost a good deal and feel well; it is harder to be really strict now that your clothes fit better and there is perhaps less of an incentive.
I know I need to lose another stone, ....but I also know that I can maintain my current weight of 12st 6lbs, as I have done for some time in the past...somehow, we have to convince ourselves that making that last push is so worth it!
Still, this is not a race, and so long as we are not going back up again, we are still succeeding!
Yes absolutely. I might stick to maintaining and then do a real push in the new year as it's much harder this time of the year! ☺
I got stuck recently for four weeks. I tried to stay positive and think, if I keep calorie counting and exercising it has to come off and it did. I did change my exercise up a bit, trying to use a few different muscles so maybe that would help. I normally use denise austin on you tube but I had a go at some of the pop sugar beginner workouts.
That's good to know. Yes I think it would be a good idea to do something slightly different. I dog walk at the moment for exercise so may try something extra. ☺
I'm another one sticking after losing 18 kilos (about 2 1/2 stone) 😕 Another half a stone to healthy bmi but scales not budging so you're not alone 😕 But hey ho, I enjoy my life and my food so I try to focus on that 😊 Like other have said its not a race 😊 Have a good weekend
