Last week 12.7 st, this week 12.7 st so no loss but thankfully no gain. It has been a busy week workwise and not easy to stick to my plan plus a very hungry week (usually happens once a month!) but I did my best. Everyone even people I hardly know are noticing my weigh loss which although is lovely I am now starting to feel the pressure and think I mustn't stop now - not that I intend to! I hope everyone else's week is going well. I always find rainy days more difficult so let's hope for some fine weather!

Hi Juliet, you are right not to give in to pressure but it is hard, even a 'stay the same ' is a result ! Sometimes we need to take the scenic route and I am sure the sun is on it's way . I have lost 4 Ib this week and do feel back on track so here's to another positive week for us all.
Hi Flossie well done you on the 4 lb lost, that is really good news. How long have you been trying to lose weight? That really is a good way of getting back on track. Yes I am glad I haven't had a gain as that is abit soul destroying and hopefully next week will be a loss again. Little and often is the way my weight loss has been. Have fun at the family party, I tend to relax on occasions like that even if you are abit stricter with yourself the next day. I am away for a few days next week and with it being half term I am really going to struggle! I'd better be REALLY good this week then. Hope you have a good week and that your success continues.
Thanks Juliet, been a yo-yo dieter forever but 18mths ago had stroke and did 12 week plan and lost nearly 3 stone but once finished bad habits slowly returned and while kept 2 stone off put on 12Ib over Xmas and been struggling ever since. Had recent health check and still in risk group so need to take charge and loose this weight for good. I am looking to loose about 20 Ib, but in no hurry slow and steady will win the race.

Sounds like you've coped with with your 'hungry week' and it's good that you've maintained your weight. It can often lead to a weight gain when you have those monthly hungers!
Great to hear that people are noticing your weight loss - that's really good.
