Like you, I'm starting tomorrow, got my shopping done today - all good healthy things - plenty of fruit and vegetables - best foot forward, here we go!
Good luck Lush45 and to you new starters. I find the myfitnesspal app for my phone has been a great help. I've still got a long way to go but it helps me keep a log of what I'm eating calorie wise. If you have a bad day and over eat try to start again the next day rather than wait for the Monday. The odd day won't hurt your diet as much as a few days. Best of luck to you all
