Hi everyone, I was finding it difficult to get in a routine doing exercise after work because I didn't feel like I had the energy and would often think of excuses not to go so I have changed my routine so that I go to the gym in the mornings (all the classes start at 7.15am), this way I can't make excuses about being tired! I did a metafit class this morning and really enjoyed it xx thought I would share with you all in case any of you are in a similar boat

Glad you found something that works for you. I am off to work at 5:30 so night is the only time for me. I'm gonna start walking soon. I just hope I can by the time I get home and care for my daughter.

great. . I think that is a really helpful idea - good to get the day off to a good start and saves the chance of being distracted later in the day. I have tried the NHS exercise plan and need to get a few more in to hit the 150 minutes this week! Keep up the good work and Im sure you'll feel great for it!
That's great!!. I have to go to the gym in the afternoons. I wish it was in the morning but afternoons are slower. Which I like.
