How many calories in fish and chips

Had a bad day trying to work out my calories . How many are there in a standed portion of fish and chips from the fish shop ?

Just goes to show what you're doing right. Counting the cals helps us to keep objective. Also it means we're trying. Not trying at all is real failure😉

Do you cook at home? If you do then Cook&Count app will count the calories (and carbs, fat etc) for you. It can really help with building up your calorie awareness so you will be able to 'guestimate' in future. Good luck with it all
