I've had an email saying I should have 1400 Calories a day but the BMI calulator suggests 1500 to 2000 Calories a day. 1400 Calories is too little. I feel dizzy and confused on this and hungry all the time. Cutting back to this level I'm losing 0.5kg a day! I only want to lose 1kg or less a week. 1400 Calories a day would surely be for someone who is inactive wouldn't it?

I can only say the NHS BMI Calculator is the one to follow and not be hungry but enjoy losing weight...
Cheering you on to reach your goals 🎉🎉🎉
I'd definitely follow the NHS BMI calculator. You're much more likely to stick with an eating plan if you feel satisfied and not suffering hunger pangs.
Good luck
How much you should eat is different for everybody depending on how active you are. Listen to your body because it knows you best. if you start to feel faint then obviously you need to eat more calories. Make sure that your body and mind stays strong and healthy along the way. but I think anywhere between 1500 and 2000 healthy range to be in. Good luck on your journey and I wish you all the best.🌻

The NHS weight loss plan of 1400 for women is a rough guide- I used that allowance and was ok with it- but if you feel unwell at that level then go by the NHS BMI calculator which takes account of your exercise level as well. Aim for the mid to upper range of the calculator you will still loose weight but at a slower rate.
