Well half way through my first week, not had any major problems but craving chocolate right now.......might see if i have enough calories for a magnum as i have been very good today, i know fruit would be better but if i am below my calories it should be ok????? Whats anyone think???

Go for a walk first or after and then you won't feel so naughty Aldi do something similar and the mini ones are 120 calories. I like those better than chocolate bars. A very nice treat!
No don't do it chocolate, is addictive push through the cravings and in a few days you'll find it easier otherwise you'll end up wanting more and the struggle will go on ;/
I had a morrisons chocolate mousse .. About 80k ... Sated the chocolate urge
If I feel I'm craving chocolate I have a hot chocolate drink, it's a good option and it's still a treat. In my case if I ate chocolate I'd want more and more,
Its a personal choice really, if you have enough calories left and one will be enough then go for it, but if it is likely to trigger a binge or cravings best to steer clear. Moderation is key i find
