My weigh-in this morning, I have lost 2 lbs. Good start. I am weighing recording everything I eat and am finding it much easier this way. On the whole I stick to low calories choices then I can have quite a good plateful. My treats are mainly an extra slice of toast or a small piece of chocolate which I have at the end of the day is there are any calories to spare. It isn't easy to calculate my own recipes but I have weighed all the ingredients and tried to work out what the value of a portion is. It's helping my maths at least!
All I need now is the will power to continue!!!

Well done on a great loss. The will power to carry on will continue with the successes you have. The planning and weighing will become easier with time.
Keep posting as this also helps to motivate others and shows them how it's done 👍 EJ
YAY! Any loss is an achievement! I like your idea of writing everything down, I started a weightless journal in which I write down what I eat, how i'm feeling, what i'm craving and I plan to log weightless (yesterday was only my first day). I think by recording you are really seeing what your are eating and it stops you from eating badly because you don't want to see it written down.
Very well done Sallyed thats an excellent result for your first week 😊 Will you be joining us on the Group Weigh-in? They are run daily and are always in "Events" on the "Home" page. If you can't find tomthere you can always scroll back through your Newsfeed until you find it!
Thanks for all your comments, very supportive. I will continue checking posts and recording my achievements, but I don't spend a lot of time online as I am always busy doing other things, sewing, crafting, gardening etc. so I won't join the daily group weigh in. I will read your posts and endeavour to reply.
