6lb from my goal

I started the NHS choices last July when I weighed 14st 9lb. Today I weight 10st 3lb and I feel fabulous. Have gone from size 18/20 to a size 12.

Anyone who is feeling despondent about weight loss, just remember it is a journey and you will get there depending on the route you take.
