I have just joined and need some assistance. Is it possible to complete the daily food chart online? It seems to me that you have to print it and then complete it manually.

I'm not sure you can :-(. I think it is just printable one. In the booklet it says to print it off and put it up on your fridge or cupboard so you can see it - that may be why it's just a printable one :-s.

I could be totally off the mark though! Lol.

You have to print it, but I understand you can download an app which records your calories intake and does all sort of smart things for you. They are a couple of them to choose from. They are used by this group and everyone seem to be really happy with it.

Get an app like myfitnesspal you can track your calories on that if it makes it easier :) Welcome to the group, all the best

Hi, you make a good point. I don't have a printer and it would be really useful if you could fill in the chart online. I have managed to download myfitnesspal app which is ok. Good luck on the NHS plan, I think it is very good 😊

You could just create your own in a word file or excel spreadsheet

Welcome, I hope you find what you need in this community. Start by dowloading an app on your phone to keep track of calories (Fat Secret, My Fitness Pal...), it's a great aid! Good luck!

hi there welcome i had that problem so i just printed my own sheets and keep in a file its much easier hope this help and good luck with your weight loss

MyFitnessPal is free and it's brilliant. I have the app on my phone as well as on my computer so I can log everything I eat through the day and it tells me how many calories I have left.
