The NHS has a training programme for those who prefer cycling to running. It's aimed at beginners and it's very easy to follow. It's a 12-week challenge of just two sessions a week.
I had read many posts of people wondering if there was a cycling version, so that's why I've been looking into it. May try it after completing the strength and flex programme.
