Happy Easter too! I feel so different from last year when all I thought about was munching on my Easter eggs and then feeling happy when they were gone. Felt sick then so what a stupid thing to do. I feel so much more in control and have some self respect back which is so much better than a mouth full of chocolate. Yay to all of us who are all working towards our new lives.
Hey there- yay you!! I am wondering what you do when you say you exercise everyday? I work 4 per week and find I won't have much energy left. Is there anything you recommend? I am worried about injuring one of my feet that has an old one on it- I know the key is exercise.....I wish i had more energy.
Congratulations! I'm 4 1/2 pounds down and was 6.....so feeling a little low today.
Hey Theresa, sorry you feel low π I found a low impact workout on the myfitnesspal blog, it's basically some simple moves that I do for about 30 mins. You could check them out and try it, May work for you. I also rely on public transport so I have been getting off a stop or two earlier, worked out I do around 12,000 steps just getting to and from work. Good luck and don't give up, you can do it xx
Thanks Julia, it's been a hard slog but I got there. Hope things are going in the right direction for you too. Hope you enjoyed your weekend away last weekend. x
I've found it a massive struggle this week myself and don't expect to have lost tomorrow but really hope not put on But thanks Wombat. Was good weekend but wasn't feeling well.
