Had really good intentions few weeks ago when joined plan but after various dramas not got started and no weight loss . Feel I have wasted last few weeks and my gorgeous 11 year old son has pointed out that if I keep grazing I won't loose weight and he gets upset when he hears me moaning about feeling overweight! Need to get started for kids sake!

It is a really tough thing, I can definitely sympathise with that 'treading water' unhappiness 😞hope you find your kick-start function ... For me it was seeing other friends lose weight and emerge happier ... Now I'm coming to the end of week 4 on the NHS 12 week plan and honestly feel much more in control. I had always felt like it was a daily battle, that feeling is lessening and I feel like it's a plan now instead 😉

Ok. Monday morning IS the day! Right? Your activity chart says so. Wake up Monday morning, weigh yourself then measure your waist. Write it all down on your chart, spend 5 / 10 minutes reading and digesting the Week One sheets and you are on your way.
