Whats everyone goal for losing weight ? My target for easter...hoping to feel fitter and slimmer..and looking forward in clothes shopping...without getting stuck in a dress !

Hi there! Being able to fit in my size 12-14 clothes is my aim. Currently, after week 8 of the NHS programme I'm a 14-16. I'd also love to be able to be confident in a bikini this summer.

Also, I was diagnosed with cerebral atrophy a few months ago. I'm only 43 and intend to slow down the degenerative process by feeding my brain with the correct type of foods and being fitter and healthier.

Make sure you are getting a good amount of vitamin B 12 in your food. Perhaps have a look at HIIT (exercise) if you haven't already.

My goal is to slim down 2 dress sizes preferable by July. :-) The journey started 8 days ago.. so far so good - 3kg down... the 12 weeks though starts on Monday.. we all love mondays for dieting lol

Hey my short term goal is 11lbs by april 30th. My long term goal is 85lbs by march next year, im playing the long game if it happens sooner thats even better. Hope you all meet your goals

Hmmm, my short term goal is to reach my 2nd half a stone point, I have 4lbs to go by Easter. My longer term goal, by the end of the year is to get to 13 stone, I'm 15 stone 6 pounds now, but that's weight. My joined goal along with the weight loss is keep working on my life/healthy eating plan balance! I don't want to be a slave to this ! And to keep up my activity, walking dog for two miles a day. Walking ticks an awful lot of boxes for me.

I need to lose 2 and a half stone to be in the middle of my healthy bmi, let's see how far I get after 12 weeks 😉

I see you are following me. So its nice to know you. I think like you its to make my cloths just fit and flatter me better. I have some lovely cloths, some my daughters have bought me and I don't do them justice. So by losing that extra flab I hope to feel and look better (may be even great).

I have also noticed that although I have only been on the plan for a week, I feel so much better, sleeping better and doing more during the day.

I am so pleased to have found HealthUnlocked.

I read your post & I just wanted to say; always remember to tell your close friends & family members that you love them- that's the most important thing to do. And if you feel right with that, then everything else will go right & happen for you. I enjoyed a beautiful evening meal with my Mum tonight (I need to lose at most, a couple of stones)- it was special because I'm now listening to my Mother's good advice on healthy, low-fat eating (but my anti-psychotic medication keeps weight on me. I have Sertraline & Abilify) love yourself! And I hope you tone-up & trim-down ;) xx..

Its the clothes I don't do justice to. I am lucky to have two adorable grown up daughters. But I take your point, having a loving family and close friends is always the most important part of my life.

I want to lose weight and get fitter!! I'm in my mid 40's and finding my knees are getting sore, and I know it's because I'm overweight. I've tried various diets over the years, but lost and then gained it back and more!! I'm going to try and record all my calories, really need to get motivated to exercise.

My reasons for loosing weight are .. 1) stop my kids being bullied .. 2) to improve my quality time with them... Hopefully I will succeed .

Hello! How are you doing? - I've found that eating apples & plums, pears are good when wanting to snack!! - also staying hydrated! Drink carbonated mineral water & tropical sultana bran for breakfast! A bit of chocolate never goes amiss either ☺️💕

Not doing well at all, really struggling to loose weight, trying to motivate myself more by installing an app on my fone for exercises which I am doing but feel nothings happening 😒 x thankyou for your reply x maz

My goal is to slim down to a size 10-12 by september as my husband and i are going on an eight week holiday of a life tine. Im currently size14 , ive just started the 5/2 diet and eating healthy, what do peopke think of this diet. I found bu subsituting the carbs eg rice,noodles with the slim noodles its a lot more filling on the 500 cal days.

Ive lost 6 already in two weeks , so i think im going to keep going. Also going gym after work twice a week and weekends are my biggest challenge ,im trying to find low calories snack that are fillings any ideas .

I just want to be able to control my eating mainly. First goal is to lose the 20lbs I put on last year. It crept on when I wasn't aware. Every time I stuffed my face I thought "I don't care". It's time too now.
