hi i am new,,im trying to lose weight but dnt matter how much i try i cant lose it,,i keep goin up on the scales by 1lb a week..i some times eat a lot over the weekend and drink,, but its never been a poroblem up untill two weeks ago,,i go really easy with eating during the week,,i need 2 lose 10lbs anyone got any advice pls in what im doing wrong,,im obsessed

Plan you daily food intake in advance and stick to it, eat regularly, count calories, skip alcohol as much as possible and cut down on sugar.

thankyou i eat breakfast lunch and dinner,,im gonna stop the drink and c if that helps,, i usually weigh myself on a fri so been really strict this week so hoping i lost something this week
