Hi I'm trying to lose weight I am 200 pounds and I'm stuck on calories to eat and exercises to do, please help

The nhs 12 week plan is great to get you used to tracking your food and exercise. I use an app called myfitnesspal it is a godsend completely free has a search option and you can scan barcodes makes it so much easier you can even set ur own goals. As to exercise the easiest one is walking get a pedometer and count steps and increase them as you get fitter. Weights are good too, if you dont want to go to a gym you can get home sets or even just use bottles of water or tins of beans etc.. anything that gets your heart rate going will help you
