4lb down this week. I am looking after a dog for my friend and walking him every morning has certainly given my weight lose a boost. Just cutting down on carbs and eating healthy. It works if I stick to it. Thanks all for your encouragement. Good luck to all of you.

Well done thats great! Walking more as done me wonders. Keep it up :-)

Good morning, I can highly recommend a four legged furry fitness guru...mine and my husbands weight both rocketed when our two old girls got too old for walkies! After 2 years of doggy retirement our last old girl died aged 18 last year and we now have a super fit, super active new version...since starting two weeks ago I have committed to a daily long walk and when I am at work my husband does it, now I find I am really looking foreword to getting out in the fresh air and looking at the birds and trees ect LOL....x
