i hope you don't mind but i just had to write to share my weight news with you . i wrote 17 days ago to say i had gone from the 200s down to 100s (pounds) and now i have gone down from 90 kilos to 88kilos (the 90s to the 80s) and from the 14sts to the 13sts!!!!! my next goal is to go to the 'overweight' category, rather than the other one. i am thrilled, to say the least. i am starting to get looked at again in the street and i just bought some high boots and they are really helping me out with the swagger i lost when i lost my confidence. anyhow, that is my news. remember, i am doing this as i said from the start, slowly and steadily simply doing c25k exercise and cutting down with lots of treats along the way. love to you all

well i must say a big thank you to everyone who has posted on this post of mine, it is a very nice warm and fuzzy feeling to be so supported. this site is the best. the c25k is amazing too. never a negative word on either forum. thats how it should be. but thank you all for your kind words, they encourage me to lose the next bit. my next goal is 13 st 5. x

Well done, bet you so proud of yourself. I’m finding as I near my “healthy weight” I need to focus on small milestones now so even if I aim for 1lb loss a month, I fairly happy as find the small losses do stay off. Not be long now before you reach your healthy weight.
