I have out on 10lb in the last 3 months and I am now trying to lose this weight. For the past week I have been eating healthily but I have not lost any weight. Are there any tips anyone could given me for healthy weight loss.

Are u getting enough protein in your diet? How many calories are u eating a day? Drink a glass of water an hour before u eat that way u don't over eat at your meals.
Try the app My Fitness Pal and that way you will know exactly your calorie intake and you can link it to a steps counter so you can monitor your excercise as well. it's very helpful so good luck!
How old are you? Are you male or female? How tall are you? How much do you currently weigh? Its impossible to give advice without knowing a bit about you and I think you should have a look at the NHS Choices weightloss site and put your details in and that will come up with your ideal weight so you know just how much you need to lose. If its only 10lb that you need to lose then you shouldn't expect to lose it all quickly, a lb or less each week is perfectly OK.
