Hi, there, I was told Chocolate cravings take a minimum 3 days to go. My suggestion is: go camping, away from shops and civilisation for five days and it may work. The other way is to punish yourself like a long fast walk or jog or hard exercises every time you eat chocolate. Find out how many calories you need to burn.

What I mean is, if hard exercises are not your style then you will decided it is not worth it and your mind will make you stop the chocolate. Chose the least of the two evils.

I don't buy anything I know I can't resist. If you don't have it in the house, you can't eat it and the craving will pass..Goodluck.

Don't try to "drop" it entirely. This isnt a crash diet its a new longterm eating regime, so needs to be ad normal as possible. If you deny yourself chocolate you will just weaken one day and end up scoffing a huge bar!

So its best to allow yourself a small amount , but COUNT it into your daily calorie allowance. Buy it only in small individual sizes. Cadbury Freddoes are good , likewise, mini finger of fudge, or a 2 finger Kit Kat . I buy them and pop them in the freezer ( they don't really freeze up but it helps me) then I take one out as an evening treat with a cuppa. I count it as my pudding. I have used myfitnesspal for 8 months to calorie count, and lost weight safely and steadily without denying myself anything. ..just small amounts here and there. I have lost 23lbs and am just 4lbs away from a BMI of 23. You can do it too,
