Hmm I should be asking the very same thing. You could down load the Active 10 App on your phone which will measure how brisk you are walking. Take a look at some interesting and healthy recipes - I printed some out, have not yet made them though - and you will get lots of helpful hints and tips and encouragement here. I am weighing my self monthly because I reckoned that I would at least lose a few pounds each month. Sadly last month I did not lose anything, but will admit I could have tried a bit harder. I am trying harder for next month and my date with the scales.

So how are things going. I feel that I worked so hard this week, that I deserved fish and chips yesterday. I had Harry Ramsden fish bought from a supermarket, and had a few chips from the chip shop. Not the best of meals I will be honest, but after food shopping it was almost 6 pm (I was up at 5.30) I just wanted to eat, sit, watch a bit of TV and then bed. Do let me know how you are doing.
