Hi i have tried to lose weight several times before but never truly taken it too seriously but i am 18 and i am 11 stones which is ridiculous. I am determined to make a change in what i eat and to get myself back to being healthy. Cant wait to see results.

Well depending on your height this may be a healthy weight! Plan a good sensible diet, 5.2 or whatever based in 1500 cals, unless you are very short 4'11 or something, it shouldn't take you long to get to a healthy weight
Getting started is the hardest thing, so now that you've done that every day you stick to your plan or do something extra is another day of success- so keep going. I went swimming (which I loath and swim like a drowning dog) however I went for half an hour and felt pleased with myself, so even though I don't like it much I'm determined to make a change, you're young and have a long life ahead of you so just keep going!
Hi Mia5662. You go for it. At 18 you should be slim, lovely and enjoying yourself. I really wish someone had said that to me when I was 18 and better still, had listened to the advice. I have wasted so many years yo-yo dieting and always putting lost weight back on. Please, please, for your own sake, lose the excess weight and stick to a healthy diet afterwards and then, enjoy your life. Good luck!!!!
