I'm starting my eating plan tomorrow and hoping this will be one of the many things I've tried that will work, and I think this motivation might really help me. One of my main problems is portion control, so I'm hoping to get that in check over the 12 week plan!

Hi, I'm starting tomorrow too !! I'm usually rubbish at dieting as I love food but I'm now heavier than ive ever been so something has got to change. Wish me luck ! Good look to you !! X
Welcome! Being the heaviest I've ever been pushed me into doing something about my weight too. My first goal is to 10st 9lbs as that's just 3 figures instead of 4. I'm hoping I'll be able to do it before Christmas. x
Don't forget you are not on a diet, you are on a plan to teach you to get healthy and fit and lose weight at the same time. Of course good luck, but you will do it!
Hi, I'm starting tomorrow too! I have tried every diet going, had the most success with Cambridge diet last year but have put it all back on plus an extra stone...
So I'm hoping this more realistic approach will be it for me! No fast fix /starving myself, just plain old sensible-ness and self control. Easy huh?!
