i am trying to lose weight and last week I lost 2 kg. This week none and I am also not very well. This is not helping because I cannot go for walks that I enjoy and do any exercise. Really feeling miserable.

Hi Fuddy, sorry to hear you are feeling miserable.
Perhaps you could focus more on your food, from my experience i focused on food first and then introduced exercise, and to be honest its the calories in vs the calories out that leads to weight loss.
If you can get your diet right and enjoy what you are eating then you are more than halfway there on your journey to success.
Also remember not to pay too much attention to the scales, during your journey your weight is bound to go up and down on occasion, instead focus on the physical changes that you can see, i.e. when you can move up a notch on your belt, or fit into something that was previously very tight.
Hope your health improves and you regain your motivation to keep going.
