Having not lost any weight for 4 weeks and stuck on 9st 10lbs, I upped the cardiovascular exercise this week and am pleased to announce that I have now reached 9st 7lbs a total weight-loss of 3lbs, so all the hard work has paid off. It will be interesting to see what happens this Friday.

well done! sometimes its just a case of changing your exercise routine which gets the weight off when you've stayed the same for a while.

So how do I bring down my insulin levels, I eat a healthy diet, I don't eat, chocolate, crisps as I have never liked them. My one weakness is cheese. I would welcome any advise?

Thank you, this sounds great, I don't eat any hydrogenated fats is walnut oil OK? I tend to have that on salad. I can see from this that I don't eat any where enough carbohydrates. I will start this tomorrow and see what happens. Watch this space.
