Hi, joined the NHS weight loss plan. I've lost and gained again the same 5 pounds so many times since Christmas so I decided to take action and get some help! I've booked a holiday in November so I've got a few months to get from 11st 11lb to where I should be at around 10st 6lb. Target for this week is 2lb loss.
