Hi, good luck. I have found this site good for sounding off and getting support and motivation esp when I can report a weight loss!
Lets hope that you enjoy losing the weight. If you lose 0.5lb a week over a year thats nearly 2 stone. Dont worry to much about dieting. Its about change not dieting. A small lifestyle change. Eg reducing suger could lead you to lose weight without too much pain.! Lots of support on website. Thanks

good luck Sadit. I agree with NowUsee me and beth. Also you will feel virtuous if you know you are making an effort. eg while I had my brown bread roll for lunch with a little light philadephia, I also filled up on some lettuce, tomato and chopped celery, washed down with a cup of tea. If u have virtuous meals/snacks then it give you encouragement to keep going. You know u r doing the right thing even if there might be no obvious body change each. There will be obvious body change as time goes on, less tight fitting trousers, less bulge here and there. Also now is the time to make a big effort as I always think its so much harder when the weather gets colder again

weight loss is possible. You can still eat plenty just make sure its low calorie. I now have celery spinach strawberries kiwi raddish grated carrot and watercress instead of crisps Pringles peanuts and crackers. Hated it at first but 6 weeks in i really enjoy salads.
Hi Tom actually the problem is I want to reduce weight very quickly I started at 123 kg now I am 99kg but I used medication for that

Hi Quike hope you are well basically i am a house wife with a 19 months old daughter i do walk in the morning atleast an hour and half and in evening ii just started gym i eat 2 boiled eggs and a piece of brown bread in breakfast.lunch is quarter plate of boiled rice and low fat curry same for dinner.i eat fruits in between when i feel hungry but not losing weight now.
