Terrible first week

Difficult in that it was highly social with lots of eating of cake and things. Lost 2lbs anyway, much to my surprise - perhaps because of daily exercise. Feel more motivated this week. Has anyone else had a bad start but long term success?

I have...many times! Dont let it put you down. Just never give up. Anything extra that you did that is positive will be good for you in the long run. Try to build on the positive and take small steps. You only ever fail if you give up.

oohhh, how i agree - NEVER GIVE UP. bad day, start again tomorrow. i've done it so many times. remember what you put in your mouth you have to spend it exercising!!!! good luck. one biscuit is all right but one biscuit every day is NOT!!!!
