Hi sabrina1 , me to got a struggle on my hands I am getting up and moving about to stop binging like drinking water or a walk round the garden ect good luck
Hi the best thing to do is eat foods that you like (dont worry about what you can't eat) think about all the great things you can eat !!
eat them in the correct portion sizes -use the nhs guideon size & number of portions a day for each type of food eg carbs,protein,dairy etc etc
keep an eye on eating a varied diet so you dont get bored -include lots of fruit & veg -try some different ones !
try to keep sugar & fat down - do some exercise and the weight will drop off - honestly - i have done it myself !!
