I am a 19 year old student nurse, I've stuck to this plan and as of last Wednesday I had gone from 14stone 3 to 12stone 8... I had an anatomy and physiology exam on Friday and like any student I decided to go to the pub to celebrate, because I had gone off track I said I will have the weekend off to let my hair down. I've gone from 12stone 8 on the 28th April to 13stone 2 as of today... because it changed so fast will it come back off just as fast? I didn't even consider I could gain that much back that quickly - Any advice???

Your weight can Change a lot over the week. It is possible you were holding liquids or Something, try weighing yourself next week before breakfast. I bet you'll a more pleasant difference them
Ketting your hair down once in a while is fine. Did the same thing during easter. Hope i was Any help xx
Well done on the weight loss! Just pick yourself back up and carry on with what was working before. It is alright to over indulge sometimes. But perhaps next time try to limit to just the one night rather than letting it stretch to a whole weekend.
You are right that it will probably come off again quickly. Most of the gain on the scale is probably water weight / bloating from overdoing the food and drink. You have to over eat by 3500kcal just to gain 1lb of fat. It would be more than 20,000kcal extra to gain 7-8lb! So there is no way that you gained that much fat so quickly
I had a weekend off and gained lbs but the advice from the others for you was really helpful. Keep on doing well and one day treats only for very special times maybe!?
