As I joined gym 1st day I run for 3 KM 2nd day 4 KM 3rd 5 KM 4th 6.5 KM 5th 7.5 KM and 6th Day 8.5 KM which took almost 1hur & 23 mins

How much time should I Continue Like this ?

I am 26 yrs, 90 kg weight and height 1.86 cm

Thanks For advise me, I really happy to answer my question kindly may I have a proper plan to follow 1st loss some weight through walking, jogging and running and then build my muscles

sorry What cause if I continue like this I mean is it helpful or creating problems (sickness) for me
